Our goal is to be clear, fair, and professional. Here’s what you need to know when working with us.

  • Booking & Availability

    All bookings are subject to availability. We’ll confirm your move date and time once everything is locked in.

  • Payment Terms

    Payment is required on the day of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer or card.

  • Cancellations

    Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

  • Access & Parking

    It’s your responsibility to ensure there’s reasonable access at both addresses. If the truck can’t get close to the property, extra charges may apply.

  • Damage & Insurance

    We take care with every item we move. If something does go wrong, our service is covered by carrier liability insurance, which protects your items while in transit with us.

    Please note: this does not cover damage that occurs while items are on your property (e.g. during loading or unloading). Your contents insurance should cover this part of the move.
